Yahoo or Google?

Larry Page and Sergey Brin's "Google" vs. David Filo & Jerry Yang's "Yahoo" - pra sau ano ang mas better na search engine??

google syempre! tinatanong pa b yan? mas maganda ung searching algo nila eh.. mas efficient pa.

I would Choose Yahoo.

I tried to search the same phrase in Google and Yahoo.

And the Results was, Yahoo gives as twice as many results than Google. =) wla lang...

mdami na kasing GOOGLERS eh....=)

haha... it's not about the quantity bhEsquivel... it's about the quality..

i think google mas marami syang "galamay" sa web, pero it's also bad kasi for example some things na di dapat nag-aappear sa public searches. for example try nyo isearch pangalan nyo, andun yun for sure. hahaha )

Google. Because they are real innovators and their web apps are really useful. Besides, Yahoo!'s search engine is bought by Microsoft recently and the key architect of Flickr was hired by Google last month so I guess they're losing this social media business. It's funny how 'talented' coders are transferring from one big company to the other. Parang NBA hahaha.

ahahah... nice. i like google a lot.. but i also agree to ate_chezy about some "privacy" matters.. hope they can give a solution to that. :p

yahoo does not limit its service only for searching, kya yahoo pdin ako...

hoho. majority of the people prefers google haha.. but honestly speaking i think google's "spider algorithm" is more powerful than yahoo :p

But I guess they're both on the social media path right now, which is big.

According to news and analysis from Mashable and TechCrunch, Google might as well be the new Microsoft and Facebook will be the new Google. Try to check Google's revenue for the first quarter of 2010, numbers don't lie :p

But bottomline is, it's a matter of preference haha. I use Delicious ( which was owned by Yahoo!) for my bookmarks and I use Google Docs, Gmail, Picasa, Google Buzz, Google Wave and Google Talk for my social media
